Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal form required for this purpose can be found at the end of this page.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

(i)

In the case of a sales contract: on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last item of goods.

(ii)

In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer as part of a single order and delivered separately: on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last item of goods.

(iii)

In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces: on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

(iv)

In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time: on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the first item of goods. Where several of the above alternatives apply, the latest of these dates shall be decisive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BikeBeat & Sports GmbH,
Osthafenplatz 12, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post [registered mail] or by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to:

Send back or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
