The AERO 55 Hyperlight combines a deep 55 mm rim profile with an exceptionally low system weight of just 1,130 g. It is engineered for riders who want the aerodynamic advantage of a high-profile wheelset without giving up the direct acceleration and lively handling usually associated with much shallower rims.

Built from high-grade Toray T800 carbon, the system delivers stiffness, control and efficiency in a platform designed for high-speed road performance.

With its 55 mm rim depth, the AERO 55 Hyperlight is designed to reduce aerodynamic drag and maintain speed more efficiently on fast roads, rolling terrain and race courses.

At just 1,130 g, it remains exceptionally light for a wheelset of this depth. That low rotational mass helps preserve fast acceleration, responsive handling and efficient climbing performance.

Optimized for modern tyres

With a 23.5 mm internal width and 30 mm external width, the rim is optimized for modern 28–32 mm road tyres. The geometry supports a stable tyre profile, precise handling and controlled behaviour at higher speeds.

The deeper 55 mm profile adds aerodynamic efficiency while maintaining a balanced and predictable ride feel.
